Tambola Party provides a digital platform for hosting and playing the game of Tambola (also known as Housie or Bingo). Users can host game rooms, generate digital tickets, call numbers, and claim winning patterns using virtual, in-game currency (“Coins”).

Tambola Party is for entertainment purposes only and does not offer real-money gambling.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Virtual Coins and Tickets

  • Purchases: Any purchases of virtual Coins (if applicable) are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Fair Play: Any attempt to hack, modify, or manipulate the virtual economy, ticket generation, or number calling systems will result in immediate account termination.

4. User Conduct

By using Tambola Party, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or real-money gambling purposes.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players while using the chat or room features.
  • Use any automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with the Service or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Impersonate other users, staff members, or hosts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or block access to the Service for violating these rules.

5. Hosting Games

When you act as a “Host” for a game room:

  • You are responsible for managing the room fairly and ensuring a fun environment for your players.
  • You understand that the Service provides automated validation for claims to prevent disputes, and you agree to abide by the system’s automated results.
  • You may not charge players real money to join your Tambola Party rooms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, and computer code contained on the Service are owned, controlled, or licensed by Tambola Party and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without our express written consent.
